I swear this oath freely,
not for power, not for recognition,
but for the people of Camarillo Health Care District, Division 5.

I pledge my service to every member of our community
to seniors and young families,
to patients and caregivers,
to healthcare professionals and volunteers,
and to every resident who deserves access to quality healthcare.

I will work to protect the health, dignity, and well being of every person,
regardless of race, faith, gender, disability, age, income, or background.

I will advocate for greater access to healthcare,
support preventive and mental health services,
promote healthy aging,
and help ensure that our community's healthcare resources are available to those who need them most.

I vow to place service above ambition,
integrity above convenience,
and the public good above politics or personal interest.

I will listen with respect,
lead with honesty,
and make decisions guided by compassion, transparency, and accountability.

When our community faces challenges,
I will seek solutions.
When residents have concerns,
I will hear their voices.
When difficult decisions must be made,
I will always put the people of Division 5 first.

I understand that serving on the Camarillo Health Care District Board is not about holding a title
it is about earning the trust of the community every single day.

My loyalty is to the residents of Division 5,
to responsible stewardship of public resources,
and to improving the health and quality of life of everyone we serve.

So long as I am entrusted with this responsibility,
I will serve with courage,
humility,
integrity,
and unwavering dedication.
