Middle East Peace Plan
I support a Middle East peace plan rooted in one core principle: lasting peace only comes when everyone has equal rights under the law.
That’s why I propose that Israel and Palestine become U.S. states, each with equal constitutional rights, protections, and responsibilities. This approach ends the cycle of occupation, retaliation, and broken ceasefires by replacing them with enforceable civil rights, shared federal law, and permanent security guarantees.
Under this framework:
Cultural, religious, and local governance autonomy would be fully respected, consistent with U.S. federalism. Communities would govern themselves locally while being protected federally.
Freedom of religion, equal protection, and democratic representation would be guaranteed to all residents without exception.
The United Nations Headquarters would be relocated from New York City to Jerusalem, transforming the city into a permanent global center for diplomacy, peacekeeping, and conflict resolution.
This plan is not about domination or erasing identities. It’s about ending endless war by replacing temporary political agreements with real, enforceable legal protections the same protections that have kept peace between diverse states and communities inside the United States for generations.
Peace doesn’t come from slogans. It comes from rights, law, and accountability.
World Peace Through Strategic Alliances
I believe the best way to preserve peace is through strong, trusted alliances that combine diplomacy, economic cooperation, and credible defense. That’s why I support strengthening political, economic, and military ties with our closest partners:
United Kingdom
Canada
Mexico
France
Germany
Italy
Poland
These alliances don’t just protect global stability they create jobs and opportunity here at home, including in California’s 26th District.
Ventura County benefits directly from strong alliances through:
Defense and aerospace supply chains that rely on allied cooperation and joint procurement
Ports, logistics, and trade corridors connecting California to Europe and North America
Manufacturing and maintenance jobs tied to allied defense systems and infrastructure
Small businesses that export goods and services to allied markets
By standing together, our allies help deter authoritarian aggression from Russia, China, and Iran reducing the risk of war while strengthening economic stability.
My approach to world peace is practical and local:
Diplomacy first to prevent conflict
Economic cooperation that supports American workers and exporters
Strong defense and deterrence so war is never the cheaper option
Strong alliances don’t just keep the peace abroad they support good-paying jobs, stable trade, and long-term prosperity in CA-26.
China Policy
I believe the United States must be honest about the challenge we face: China is our number one economic adversary. For decades, unfair trade practices, intellectual property theft, and outsourced supply chains have cost American workers their jobs including right here in California’s 26th District.
Ventura County has a strong history of manufacturing, agriculture, logistics, aerospace-adjacent work, and small industrial businesses. But too many of those jobs were lost or weakened when corporations moved production overseas to China to cut costs and boost profits, while communities like ours paid the price.
That’s why I support bringing back outsourced manufacturing and federal contracts. If taxpayer dollars are involved, the work should be done in the United States and that includes California. Rebuilding domestic manufacturing creates good-paying jobs, strengthens local supply chains, and keeps our economy resilient when global disruptions happen.
Ending dependence on Chinese supply chains is also about security. From medical supplies to technology and energy components, CA-26 businesses and workers should never be at the mercy of foreign-controlled production.
This policy isn’t about hostility toward people it’s about standing up for workers, small businesses, and innovation here at home. Protecting intellectual property, rebuilding manufacturing in places like Ventura County, and prioritizing American labor is how we grow the middle class and secure our future.
A stronger CA-26 starts with making things here again.
Fix Trump’s Broken Americas Policy
I support fixing decades of failed hemispheric policy by replacing chaos and neglect with a voluntary, democratic integration framework that promotes stability, prosperity, and shared security across the Americas and creates good-paying jobs here at home.
Under this approach, the United States would offer peaceful, voluntary pathways for deeper political and economic integration with:
Mexico
Venezuela
Colombia
Greenland
Canada
Cuba
For California’s 26th District, this means real economic upside:
More trade through California ports, boosting logistics, warehousing, and transportation jobs tied to Ventura County
Manufacturing and assembly work returning to the region as supply chains shorten and shift closer to home
Agriculture exports from Ventura County reaching stable, nearby markets
Small businesses gaining access to new customers across the Americas without relying on China-controlled supply chains
Participation would be voluntary, democratic, and peaceful, with each nation’s people deciding their future through free and fair referenda. Options could include deeper economic integration, commonwealth-style status, or U.S. statehood only if chosen by the people.
This plan would:
Protect sovereignty, culture, language, and local governance
Strengthen democratic institutions and economic stability
Reduce mass migration by expanding opportunity at home
Create jobs and trade growth in California, not just overseas profits
The United States would support transitions with federal development grants focused on infrastructure, ports, energy, agriculture, and anti-corruption enforcement building stability abroad while putting CA-26 workers, truck drivers, dockworkers, manufacturers, and small businesses to work.
This is not about force or domination. It’s about fixing a broken system, restoring order, and building a cooperative economic future that works for working families in Ventura County and across the Americas.
Ukraine Defense
I support full military, economic, and political support for Ukraine because this war is not a gray area. Russia is the primary aggressor and a direct threat to democratic stability in Europe and beyond.
Ukraine is fighting for its sovereignty, its people, and the basic principle that borders cannot be changed by force. Allowing Russia to succeed would reward aggression, encourage further expansion, and make the world more dangerous.
That’s why I support:
Strong, sustained aid to Ukraine so it can defend itself and protect civilians
Maximum sanctions on Russian leadership, oligarchs, and war-funding industries
A firm NATO deterrence posture to prevent the war from spreading
Peace must come on Ukraine’s terms, not through forced concessions or occupation. History shows that appeasing aggression only leads to more conflict. Defending Ukraine now helps prevent larger, costlier wars later.
Supporting Ukraine is about defending democracy, international law, and long-term global stability while making clear that authoritarian aggression will not be rewarded.
International Unity
I believe unity starts at home, and California’s 26th District proves it’s possible. Ventura County is made up of Democrats, Independents, Republicans, Greens, and Working Families voters who live next to each other, work together, and raise families together every day.
We’re not divided by our neighbors. We’re divided by extreme wealth, corruption, and systems that reward insiders while working people pay the price.
In CA-26, farmworkers, small-business owners, dock and logistics workers, healthcare workers, teachers, veterans, and tradespeople all want the same things: stability, fairness, and a government that shows up. That reality shapes how I approach unity locally and internationally.
My approach is simple:
Reject division among neighbors, whether it’s based on party, background, or ideology
Call out extreme wealth and corruption as the real forces undermining trust and opportunity
Govern independently and transparently, so voters know I answer to the district not donors or party bosses
The same mindset applies globally. Cooperation works when it’s based on shared interests, accountability, and respect, not fear or endless conflict.
If we can bring people together across differences here in CA-26, we can lead with credibility abroad and build a more stable, fair, and unified future.
