I support Medicare for All because my uncle suffered a massive “widow maker” heart attack and couldn’t afford an ambulance, so he took an Uber to the emergency room instead. In a medical emergency, no one should be thinking about cost before calling for help. Health care should be a right in this country not a privilege decided by your bank account.

I support abolishing ICE and passing real immigration reform because I’ve seen how aggressive enforcement and militarized raids tear families apart, traumatize communities, and make people less safe not more. Our immigration system should be humane, fair, and focused on keeping families together while providing a clear, legal path to status. We can secure our borders and uphold the law without criminalizing immigrants or treating human beings as disposable.

I support universal child care because I’ve seen firsthand how family members who are single parents struggle to balance work while caring for their children. No parent should have to choose between earning a paycheck and making sure their child is safe and supported. Universal child care gives families stability, helps parents stay in the workforce, and gives every child a strong start in life.

I support expanding the Supreme Court and the federal appeals courts because our judiciary should serve the people not remain frozen in place while the population and caseloads grow. An expanded court system helps restore balance, reduces extreme partisanship, and ensures cases are heard fairly and in a timely manner. A stronger, more representative judiciary is essential to protecting civil rights, democracy, and the rule of law.

I support increasing low-income housing because I’ve seen how rising rents and limited supply are pushing families out of their communities and into instability. Everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to live, and we won’t solve homelessness or housing insecurity without building more housing that working people can actually afford. Expanding low-income housing strengthens families, stabilizes neighborhoods, and helps our entire community thrive.

Wade and expanding protections for the LGBTQ+ community because everyone deserves the freedom to make decisions about their own body, identity, and future without government interference. Personal medical choices and who you love should never be dictated by politicians or courts.
